We’re a small team running five properties across Switzerland and Copenhagen, including Hyve Basel.

Two brands, one group
Capsule Hotel runs properties in Lucerne, Zurich Airport and Copenhagen. Hyve is our social hostel and living space in Basel. Different names, same standards, same team culture. Whichever brand you join, you’re part of the same group.
HOW WE WORK
We communicate directly, make decisions quickly, and give people real responsibility early. Trainees have moved into lead positions. People have crossed between properties and brands. The structure exists but it doesn’t get in the way.

We don’t just plan boldly. We go. When the airport showed us a basement and a half-empty departure hall in the middle of a pandemic, most people would have politely declined and gone home. We signed a 20-year lease, called 50 people in a week, and raised half a million to make it happen. That’s what Go Big looks like in practice: believe in something, do the assessment, and if it makes sense and the conviction is there, commit fully. No half measures. No waiting for the perfect moment.

Host Front Office (m/f)
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Host (80–100%) to be the first smile our guests see and the heartbeat of our café and hotel in Gundeli. From morning coffees to karaoke nights, you’ll keep the vibe flowing and help locals and travellers connect.
