Swiss Capsule™
We built it for our own hotels. Now there is more demand than ever.
Designed for Better Sleep
Guests have changed. They want privacy, quiet, and a sleep environment that feels considered, not just functional.
The Swiss Capsule was designed because nothing on the market was good enough for our own properties. After years of running it at scale, we now install it for other operators too.

Built for the real hotel operations
A capsule is only as good as the experience of maintaining it. Every material, access point, and component in the Swiss Capsule was chosen with your housekeeping team in mind, not just your guests.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Surfaces and access points are chosen for speed and simplicity. Turnover is fast, training is minimal, and nothing requires specialist tools or products to keep in top condition.
Modular by design
Individual panels and lock components are replaceable in minutes, not days. There is no need to take a room out of service for minor repairs, and no dependency on long lead times for parts.
A better sleep environment
The Swiss Capsule reduces ambient noise meaningfully compared to an open dorm setup. Combined with the enclosed structure and personal lighting controls, guests have more control over their sleep environment than in any traditional shared room configuration. It won’t eliminate every sound, but the difference is consistent enough that guests notice it, and operators see it in their reviews.
Digital Lock Intergration
Each capsule locks independently, giving guests genuine privacy and giving your team cleaner access management. A small detail that makes a significant difference to perceived security and to the quality of the reviews you get.

The financial case
The financial advantage of capsule rooms
More beds per room, a lower cost per unit than a full renovation, and a guest experience that converts directly into reviews and repeat bookings.
Demand for private sleep environments in shared accommodation has been growing steadily, and the operators who moved early are seeing it in their numbers. The case tends to make itself once you run it against your current setup.

How it works
From first call to first guest
Four steps, no surprises. We have done this enough times to know what a smooth installation looks like, and we manage the whole process with you from layout to handover.
Step 1
Room layout review
We assess your space, walk through capacity options, and confirm what is realistically achievable within your footprint. No obligation at this stage.
Step 2
Design proposal
A full layout plan with capsule configuration, model recommendation, and a detailed cost breakdown. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off.
Step 3
Production and installation
Capsules are manufactured and installed within an agreed timeline, typically 5 to 14 days, with minimal disruption to your ongoing operations.
Step 4
Support and warranty
We don’t disappear after handover. Ongoing support, a full warranty, and direct access to our team for anything that comes up after installation.
