Not your average Zurich Airport bar
Most airport bars close before your flight does. The Alpine Bar doesn’t. Whether you’re killing time before a 6am departure, unwinding after a long-haul landing, or just looking for somewhere decent to eat at an hour when most kitchens are shut, you’ll find it here.
Coffee, pizza, beers, wine, spirits. Proper food and proper drinks at prices that make sense for what you get. And unlike most things at an airport, there’s no rush to leave.
The Alpine Bar is open to everyone: hotel guests, airport staff, and anyone passing through who needs a proper drink and a seat that isn’t a departure lounge chair.

WHAT’S ON SOON
Don't say we didn't invite you.
The Artistic Library hosts book clubs, karaoke nights, beer pong tournaments, and small gatherings throughout the year. Something’s always coming up.
The people behind what we serve
We don’t make everything ourselves. We work with people who are good at what they do.
Turbinenbräu
Zurich
Brewing fresh, unpasteurised beer in Zurich since 1997. Their brewery is in Altstetten, a few kilometres from the airport. We pour five of their beers at the Alpine Bar: a lager, a wheat, a dark malt, an IPA, and a non-alcoholic option for when the flight is early and the morning is not.
Zurich brewed. Poured here.

Turicum Distillery
Zurich
The only distillery in the city of Zurich. Their name comes from Turicum, Zurich’s Roman name, and the spirits carry that same rootedness. The gin is distilled in the heart of Zurich with selected herbs and spices, refined by hand with flowers from the Lindenhof trees. The vodka is aged in those same gin barrels, with spring water from Lake Zurich. Both are on the bar. Both are worth trying before you board.
Intercomestibles
Möhl
Arbon
A family-run juice factory pressing apples for five generations, based in Arbon on Lake Constance. Möhl is the best-known producer of apple juice, cider, and apple wine in eastern Switzerland, and the fruit comes entirely from the surrounding region. We serve their draft apple juice on tap, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. If you’ve never had Swiss cider poured fresh from a keg, the Alpine Bar is a reasonable place to start.

Humbel
Stetten
A small, certified organic distillery from the canton of Aargau. Humbel produces a wide range of spirits the unhurried way: single varieties, traditional methods, no shortcuts. We stock their organic gin, vodka, rum, and whisky behind the bar. The kind of bottles that reward a closer look at the label.
